Janice Barringer, PMP, MCTS

Janice Barringer joined enableWorks in 1996, coming from Sybase, Inc. where she was Vice President of Development for the Middleware Division. Janice assists clients in every aspect of project, program and portfolio management.
She has been responsible for the successful planning and management of nearly 100 large and small projects and programs over 30-year span. She has developed program and project methodologies, including templates, guidelines, training and coaching. She has rolled out project management methodology in numerous organizations.
Janice created and implemented portfolio management and governance processes and templates for a federal agency and Fortune 100 companies, whose portfolios totaled nearly $1 billion. Janice has served as Vice President in four companies, including a $1 billion software company. She was also acting CIO for a major franchiser and acting COO for an emerging medical device company as a consultant.

Janice sits on the board of the Colorado Children's Immunization Coalition.

Dave Core, PMP, MCTS, MBA

Dave Core founded enableWorks in 1995, coming from CAP GEMINI SOGETI where he spent eight years in the positions of developer, business analyst, project manager and vice presdient responsible for all project work in Denver. He has managed numerous software development and implementation projects and programs in industries such as health care, financial services, telecom, retail franchise and public safety.

Dave has implemented a project management methodology in multiple organizations. He has mentored and managed project managers in numerous situations.

Apart from his day job, Dave has been involved with College Summit for seven years where he trains and manages writing coaches at summer workshops.
